Self Awareness is Crucial in Healing Physical and Emotional Pain

Awareness is a powerful medication. Only through awareness can you really change anything, and until you fully aware of where you are, you'll never be able to get where you want to be.

There is a saying: "You do not know what I do not know." This is deep on so many levels, it is true, and most of our body. I am always amazed that when my clients come into my office and I ask them what they feel in their feet, they look down, as if they were surprised, areSee these five fidget phalanged Design at the ends of the legs!

We do not think much about our bodies and how they move. Our society does not encourage, and is rarely rewarded in order to promote self-awareness.
