Failed to schedule and plan to fail

Eating right and staying active are important for success. With all the changes that still need to do in your life, including diet and your business decisions as you are motivated to make these changes, and stay in line?

The key to staying motivated to keep plan on track with each new program of healthy lifestyle: the preparation of the list, analyze and manage deadlines are not negotiable.

Prepare - Create a menu for the week and shop for allare necessary ingredients for the week. After returning from the grocery store, once you cut the vegetables in measured portions in individual baggies and have a quick snack or meals are available. Make double portions at meals, so just for lunch the next day. Put your workout clothes the next day or prepare for the gym bag. Some people have even slept in his clothes to workout!
