Eating right and staying active are important for success. Staying with all the changes you need to make in your life, including diet and your business decisions as you are motivated to make these changes, and stay in line?
The key to staying motivated to keep plan on track with each new program of healthy lifestyle: the preparation of the list, analyze and manage deadlines are not negotiable.
Prepare - Create a menu for the week and shop for allare necessary ingredients for the week. After returning from the grocery store, once you cut the vegetables in measured portions in individual baggies and have a quick snack or meals are available. Make double portions at meals, so just for lunch the next day. Put your workout clothes the next day or prepare for the gym bag. Some people have even slept in his clothes to workout!
List & Log - Make a list of yourThe meals for the week, and activities that will log every day. Set the list of meals in an area where the family can see, so you know they are always the answer to the question "What's for dinner?". This will also be asked to do so if you take something from the freezer the night before needed. Your history of activity is as a reminder of what you do, as a look back and celebrate what has been done.
Analyze - Take your time at the end of the dayevaluate what worked and what didn't? Did you run out of healthy foods to eat on the run? Perhaps you just need to pack a few more snacks so that you are not tempted to hit the drive-through on the way home. Did you complete your exercise for the day? If an outdoor activity fell through, perhaps you need to plan on an indoor alternative to keep you on track.
Non-Negotiable- Make your exercise time a non-negotiable appointment with yourself that you refuse to break or re-schedule. This is YOUR time to refresh, renew, recover, and to break free from the stress of the day and take care of yourself - mind, body, and spirit. Even if it is only for a few minutes in the morning, or a long walk after dinner, take this time as an essential indulgence you need EVERY DAY.
