Here's an interesting statistic that I read only a few days ago:
Between October 31 and December 31 is the average American gains 8 pounds of fat.
Halloween candy, Thanksgiving turkey and Christmas buffets with the family, it seems quite quickly become obsolete.
And I would be willing to bet that there are people in your life, much the "average American" in the holiday season to come.
Friends.
Family.
Bride.
But this should be donefor you?

DECIDE.
Yes ... Halloween candy is delicious (and the portion size certainly give the illusion that it is to eat a "big problem").
Yes ... Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing is absolutely delicious (with the years of the fourth disc full of taste just as good as the first .... do not forget to mention turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce sandwiches of the daylater).
Yes ... Christmas dinner with the family is a wonderful thing (and the 10-plus cups full of eggnog cookies, you can leave for Santa to be consumed by anyone, right?).
The people in the vicinity of your life, part of the "8 kilos Club" will be available next week.
All that food tastes wonderful.
But please, please do not fall prey to the mentality that we continue to believe and focus directly on your fitness goals is somewhat outsideto control.
Win £ 8 fat is not because the houses scenarios that resist too hard for you ....
This is a decision.
And remember this quote:
